What cars can you find (clean titled) for $2,000 or under, that are 10 years old are newer? Are there any?

Yes there are.

Here’s a 2007 Cobalt right at two grand. Clean title, but one accident reported.

2008 Fusion. Pretty high mileage as it was a rental car previously, but appears to be clean. Also same price.

Try looking in the UK. I’m pretty sure there are almost no 9 year old cars over 2k pounds there.

First, a 2005 Elantra GT sedan that needs a new O2 sensor, AC compressor, and possibly a new windshield or professional glass repair.

Manual transmission, owner smokes (plans to clean car before it’s sold), just under 169k miles, and a clean vehicle history report check. $1,750.

Second, an electric kei car that ISN’T a Mitsubishi. It’s a 2006 Miles Electric ZX40 that looks like it needs a lot of work.

The ZX40 is basically an electric powered, Chinese built and licensed version of the second generation Daihatsu Move.

Body isn’t falling apart, but it’s got bad paint along with dents and scratches all over. Battery will likely need replacement soon. All in all, it’s in pretty rough shape. And the seller doesn’t list how many miles (lol) it has on it. Still, the price is low, $1,500.

Welcome to the UK. There are 10 cars in just a 1 MILE RADIUS around my apartment that are newer than 2005 and cost less than 2000$ (1280GBP). And thats only on this one website.
